According to Article 27 of the Organic Law of the People's Republic of China on Local People's Congresses at All Levels and Local People's Governments at All Levels, due to changes in work and my own application, the Thirty-eighth Meeting of the Standing Committee of the Fifth People's Congress of Tongliao City decided to accept Zhang Yi's application to resign as vice mayor of the Tongliao Municipal People's Government and report it to the next People's Congress for the record.

In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Organic Law of the People's Republic of China on Local People's Congresses at All Levels and Local People's Governments at All Levels and the spirit of Document No. 565 [2021] of the Inner Party Cadres, the 38th Meeting of the Standing Committee of the Fifth People's Congress of Tongliao City decided that Song Jianbo would act as president of the Intermediate People's Court of Tongliao City.
