Since the beginning of this year, Qingdao has vigorously implemented the "assured consumption in Qingdao" expansion and improvement action, deeply promoted the creation of assured consumption, and further optimized the city's consumption environment, and in the national consumer satisfaction evaluation of the China Consumer Association, Qingdao ranked fourth in the country and first in the province, and the score rose for four consecutive years. Up to now, the number of assured consumption participating units in the city has grown to 1.12 million, ranking first in the province, and more than 16,000 demonstration units of assured consumption at all levels have been created, and 60 demonstration streets and 134 demonstration areas of assured consumption have been created. Develop 16,000 ODR units, ranking first in the country, establish 12,000 consumer rights protection service stations, and develop 7,919 offline no-reason return units.

Consolidate the main responsibilities of business operators and build the first line of defense for consumer rights protection. Smooth dispute settlement channels, grasp the operational efficiency of the ODR (Online Consumer Dispute Resolution) mechanism, strengthen the standardized construction of consumer rights protection service stations, and achieve "small things do not appear, big things do not shirk responsibility, contradictions do not intensify, and problems are resolved quickly". It is necessary to guard the safety of consumption and continue to do a good job in rectifying the order of the consumer market.
