Sun Jie, professor of the Party History and Party Building Teaching and Research Office of the Inner Mongolia Party School, took the title of "Striving for a Hundred Years, Embarking on a New Journey - Studying General Secretary Xi Jinping's Important Speech at the Conference Celebrating the 100th Anniversary of the Founding of the Communist Party of China", focusing on the interpretation of the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's "July 1st" important speech, and systematically and profoundly analyzed the great significance of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech in five aspects at the celebration of the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China. Jia Qing, former director of the Inner Mongolia Institute of Law and professor of the Inner Mongolia Party School (School of Administration), with the title of "Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law: The Fundamental Observance and Action Guide for Comprehensively Ruling the Country According to Law", briefly analyzed the legal characteristics of Heavy Sentences and Light People in Chinese History, reviewed the tortuous history and brilliant achievements in the construction of the legal system under the impetus of the Party since the founding of New China, and then pointed out that Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law adheres to the people-centered approach and goes from "system" to "governance" on the basis of clarifying the historical origin and background of the times of the birth of Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law. outstanding contributions and historical achievements.
