Recently, the Party Committee of Houfu Community and the Party Branch of the Liwan District Human Resources Vocational Capacity Building Center have paired up to carry out the "I do practical things for the masses" Party members and cadres to visit thousands of homes and listen to public opinion and relieve people's worries.
In this activity, 9 groups of party members and cadres conducted door-to-door visits. During the visit, the members of the group publicized the party's policies to the residents, popularized traffic safety, civilized behavior norms, etc., and carried out fire safety hazard investigations, distributed epidemic prevention publicity materials, learned about the vaccination situation of permanent residents in the jurisdiction, introduced the government's policy of convenience and benefit to the people, hoped to effectively let the residents enjoy more convenience and welfare, convey the opinions of residents to the relevant departments, and help the residents solve the problem of "urgent difficulties and expectations" in a timely manner.

During the visit, the community party members learned that Xiao Feng, who graduated from the college in the jurisdiction, was unemployed. It is understood that 24-year-old Xiao Feng has a first-degree disability in hearing, and during the period of study, Xiao Feng worked hard, won the "Three Good Students" for many years, and obtained a computer level skill certificate. But it is at a disadvantage in the general environment of employment. Currently living with their parents, they are mainly dependent on their financial resources.

After learning about Xiao Feng's situation, the Houfu community immediately contacted the Street Disabled Persons' Federation and the Liwan District Human Resources Vocational Capacity Building Center to link corporate resources for them. After communicating with a number of enterprises, Director Zhang of the Party Branch of the Liwan District Human Resources Vocational Capacity Building Center decided to invite the enterprises whose conditions are most suitable for Xiao Feng, and together with the community party members, they went to the door to conduct a comprehensive assessment of Xiao Feng's physical, psychological and occupational adaptability, and conducted a comprehensive analysis of his own characteristics, employment needs and employment expectations, and initially formulated a corresponding career development plan. Xiao Feng, who originally had difficulty listening and speaking, lacked self-confidence, and after many encouragements from everyone, he decided to try it out at the company and successfully took the first step in his career.
