Fearless of wind and rain, stick to the front line
In 2020 and 2021, like many community workers across the country, Han Qing spent an unusual Spring Festival. When the 2020 Spring Festival bell rang, the first WeChat message Han Qing received came from the street leaders, and the New Year also assigned an urgent task: in order to effectively prevent and control the spread of the new crown pneumonia epidemic, it was necessary to count the situation of migrant workers from all enterprises in the building who left Beijing and returned home.
Han Qing instantly switched to the working state, began to make a statistical form, sent to the WeChat work group, and counted, filled out forms, and made phone calls according to the feedback results one after another. By 7:00 a.m. on the first day of the Chinese New Year, 12 commercial buildings, two shopping malls, 4 large supermarkets, 1,688 merchants, and 12,490 employees in Majiapu Street, Han Qing and his colleagues contacted nearly half of them, found out the situation, and submitted preliminary data.
Han Qing, who had not slept all night, could not rest, and Liu Zai, deputy secretary of the party committee, went to the supermarket in the jurisdiction on Monday to strictly require the prevention and control work and process of the mall. Other staff also went to various buildings, took the temperature of all the people entering and leaving at the door, registered, and screened the confirmed close contacts... For more than 100 days and nights during the war, Han Qing and his colleagues have always been unafraid of wind and rain and stuck to the front line.
"Sister Han is a workaholic in our hearts!" Liu Zaizhou, deputy secretary of the Party Committee of Shifan Building, who has been assisting Han Qing in carrying out a lot of party building work for many years, talked about Han Qing's work status very emotionally, "Han Qing has insisted on a state of almost no rest for 365 days a year, and recently, under the 'strong pressure' of colleagues around him, Han Qing agreed to be admitted to the hospital. ”

Recently, she has always suffered from insomnia and often feels shortness of breath, and we all know that she is tired, so we 'force' her to put down her work and go to the hospital to recuperate. In so many years, this was her first hospitalization. Liu Zaizhou told reporters.
"At the beginning of the epidemic at the beginning of last year, we entered a tense busyness under the leadership of Sister Han." At the beginning of the epidemic, it was the focus of the work to find out the return of enterprise staff in the building. Han Qing led the staff of the party committee to make a statistical form during the Spring Festival and sent it to the WeChat work group, and in a week' time, they found out the situation and submitted preliminary data. They also searched around for ways to purchase epidemic prevention materials, helped enterprises open up purchase channels, and helped enterprises purchase tens of thousands of masks, laying a solid foundation for future epidemic prevention work.

Face difficulties with heart and affection

In January 2009, Beijing set up the first batch of non-public party building pilots, Fengtai District Majiapu Street included, Han Qing left the community where he had worked for many years, and became the party secretary of Majiapu Street Times Fengfan Building.
One person, a 20 m2 underground office, two desks, a tin cabinet... Although the office conditions were simple, the young Han Qing was full of ambition. In the face of difficulties at work, she always faces difficulties.
At that time, many enterprises did not understand the construction of non-public party building, "We are enterprises, this has nothing to do with us." Han Qing couldn't remember how many times he had eaten the closed door soup, and some companies had been there many times, but they couldn't even see the person in charge.
In the face of repeated rejections, Han Qing said to himself, this is also normal, "non-public enterprises have been producing and operating on their own for so many years, suddenly saying that they want to establish party organizations, never understand acceptance, need a process." ”
How to solve the problem? Han Qing started with service. She realized that in order to make non-public enterprises believe in the party, only a warm attitude will not work, and there must be pragmatic ideas and practical methods to truly benefit the company and employees.
Han Qing relies on the momentum and service spirit of young people to solve practical difficulties for everyone. Some children of party members and masses in other places want to go to school, she runs around and takes them to apply for various certificates; some enterprises want to declare new project research and development funds, and she guides them hand in hand... Every visit, every time to solve practical difficulties for the enterprise, her sincerity and dedication have touched everyone, and the goodwill and trust of building enterprises for her are increasing day by day.
With the efforts of Han Qing, 8 functional departments such as taxation, industry and commerce, transportation and judicial services have introduced the Party and Group Service Center, which is the first building management service platform in Beijing to establish a building that integrates consultation, acceptance and complaints.
"Since having this platform, we have fully entered the enterprise, and the connection between each other is closer, it was originally that we chased the enterprise, and now the enterprise has something to take the initiative to find us." When interacting with enterprises, Han Qing experienced this change, and once refused her to enter the household registration of the head of a parts and components company, and then took the initiative to write an application to join the party a year later. In recent years, there have been about 30 party members who have been developed by Han Qing's party committee.
At present, the Party Committee of Majiapu Street Times Fengfan Building has 17 regular employees and is responsible for 12 commercial buildings and 1247 enterprises. The 20-square-meter underground office in the Times Sail Building has been expanded to a 1,100-square-meter party and mass service center as a space for party building activities.
