Jiao Huang won the honorary title of Lifetime Achievement Dramatist of the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles

The famous performing artist Jiao Huang recently won the honorary title of "Lifetime Achievement Dramatist of the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles" in 2021, and the commendation ceremony was held at the opening ceremony of the 17th China Drama Festival held in Wuhan, Hubei Province. Tie Ning, chairman of the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles and chairman of the China Writers Association, and Xu Yongjun, member of the party group, vice chairman and secretary of the Secretariat of the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles, respectively presented certificates to Jiao Huang, a performing artist who won the title, and Wei Minglun, a screenwriting artist.

　　 "China Federation of Literary and Art Circles Lifetime Achievement Dramatists" is the highest honorary award given to Chinese dramatists, jointly sponsored by the China Federation of Literary and Literary Circles and the China Drama Association, and evaluated every two years, aiming to commend and reward chinese dramatists who have struggled for Chinese drama all their lives and have good social influence, representativeness and exemplary performance.

　　 As a highly respected and accomplished performance artist, Jiao Huang devoted himself to the cause of Chinese theater. In 1955, he was admitted to the Shanghai Theater Academy as a bachelor's degree in acting, where he was taught by Soviet experts Ye Kang Lepkovskaya and Zhu Duanjun and Hu Dao. He graduated with honors in 1959 and entered the Shanghai Youth Repertory Theatre in the same year, and is now a national first-class actor and a member of the Chinese Dramatists Association. For decades, he has always adhered to the Stanislavsky actor creation system, starring in dozens of Chinese and foreign dramas; he has also performed many classic images in film and television works, which are deeply loved by the broad masses of the people.
