On August 26, Zhang Jing, deputy secretary of the Luochuan County CPC Committee, led the heads of relevant departments such as the Industrial Park and the Natural Resources Bureau to the Yangshu Convenience Service Center to investigate the progress of the 10 million tons of refining and chemical integration transformation and upgrading project of Yanchang Petroleum Group, and Deputy County Governor Han Zhimin investigated together.
At the project site, Zhang Jing communicated with the project leader of Yanchang Petroleum Group carefully, listened to the preparation work in the early stage of the project, and understood the progress of the project construction.
Zhang Jing pointed out that the Yanchang Petroleum Group's 10 million tons of refining and chemical integration project is a major project of Luochuan County's extended chain to supplement the chain and strengthen the chain, promote the high-quality development of the county's economy, and is also a once-in-a-lifetime development opportunity. He asked relevant departments and units to strengthen communication with Yanchang Petroleum Group, establish a coordination work mechanism, fully promote the progress of the project, and focus on the relocation of the surrounding masses and the protection of water, electricity, roads and other aspects of the project. Yanchang Petroleum Group should actively coordinate and dock with the relevant departments at the higher level, accelerate the preliminary planning of the project and the approval progress of relevant procedures, and promote the start of the project as soon as possible.
During the investigation, Zhang Jing also went to the Nangoumen Reservoir to learn about the water supply in the county.
