On October 5th, on the occasion of the 72nd anniversary of the National Day, the "Practical Manual of Achang Spring Lanterns" and "Mysterious Achang Customs: Achang Ethnic Group" of the Yunnan Provincial Ethnic Minority Cultural Quality Project: Achang Ethnic Minority Video Chronicle of Yunnan Province? The launch ceremony and training meeting of the two books and one disc of the documentary "Achang People's Home" was held in Guanzhang Village, Lianghe County, Dehong Dai Jingpo Autonomous Prefecture, Yunnan Province. Cao Xianqiang, senior editor of Yunnan Radio and Television Station and president of the Achang Ethnic Research Association of the Yunnan Ethnic Society, the relevant responsible persons of the Propaganda Department of the Lianghe County CPC Committee, the Lianghe County Culture and Tourism Bureau, the Lianghe County History Office, the Mangshi and Lianghe Achang Nationality Society, and the representatives of the intangible cultural heritage inheritance of the Achang ethnic group attended the event.
Cao Xianqiang presided over the launch ceremony of the new book, and introduced the implementation of the "Achang Spring Lantern Culture Practical Manual" project at the ceremony, and the leaders attending the meeting delivered speeches at the press conference.
It is understood that the "Practical Manual of Spring Lanterns of the Achan Ethnic Group" is a project project of the Achang Ethnic Research Association of the Yunnan Provincial Ethnic Society, which applied to the Yunnan Provincial People's Sectarian Committee for project application approval and obtained the project work funds for the rescue and protection of ethnic minority culture. Under the specific guidance of the Yunnan Provincial Committee of The People's Sect, the implementation of the project, through the unity and cooperation and hard work of experts and staff from all aspects of the Editorial Committee, lasted more than three years to carry out rural investigations, collect folk materials, translate and sort out materials, record the sound notation, write the first draft, and finally successfully completed the publication of the project. The manual includes 34 Achan folk spring lantern folding plays and traditional plays, 61 tunes, 350 four sentences, 208 songs in this book, more than 80 pictures, and for the first time, 66 spring lantern singing melodies are collected and sorted out, filling the gap in the Achang ethnic spring lantern music score.
The Practical Manual of Spring Lanterns of the Achang Ethnic Group is published by Yunnan Nationalities Publishing House. The book changes the single, flat record-style knowledge dissemination method of traditional print media publications, presents the Achan spring lantern culture to the readers in a more vivid and vivid way, injects a strong vitality into the inheritance and dissemination of the intangible cultural heritage of the Achan ethnic group, and has important protection and inheritance significance for collecting, excavating, saving, inheriting, passing on, promoting, protecting, developing, researching and promoting the traditional cultural form of the Achan ethnic group.
Subsequently, a book donation ceremony was held at the press conference, and the leaders attending the meeting presented two books and a disc to the representatives of various units attending the press conference.
