In September 2017, the preparations for the movie "One Hundred and Eight" officially started, and she became the contact person of the crew.

Zhai Qiurong sorted out the text, pictures and other information in his hand and sent it to the crew without reservation. However, she understands that this is only from her own point of view, and film shooting needs more diverse and richer materials. So she set up a WeChat group to pull in the doctors, nurses, staff, etc., and also contacted the parents of "Luo Hanwa" to introduce the situation during the earthquake to the crew, especially "special, impressive, and touching".

Zhai Qiurong said that at 10:00 a.m. on the day of the earthquake, the Maternal and Child Health Hospital performed a cesarean section on a pregnant woman weighing 90 kilograms; after the earthquake, 4 female medical staff carried her on a stretcher and risked moving her downstairs in time. In addition, on August 7 of that year, the Maternal and Child Health Hospital was transferred from Luohan Temple to Banfang Hospital, and the next day coincided with the opening of the Beijing Olympic Games, and many pregnant women, families and newborns also watched the opening ceremony in Banfang Hospital.
These real events have become the "prototype" of the film's plot and entered the final film.
In Zhai Qiurong's view, the restoration of historical scenes in "One Hundred and Eight" has reached the point of excellence, and the ambulances, medical equipment, carts, stretchers, crutches, etc. that appear in the movie must use the "same paragraph" that meets the situation at that time. "For example, the case clip of the Maternal and Child Health Hospital, which was made of gray stainless steel in the past, is now blue and pink. In order to accurately restore, we finally found this old-fashioned case clip in some township health centers. ”

There are many similar situations: the health care manual of that year was a 16-open small book, and now it is the size and color of A4 paper; the B super bag of that year was made of kraft paper, and now it has become a plastic bag... To this end, Zhai Qiurong specifically found a printing plant and reprinted a batch of kraft paper bags, although most of the audience may not notice.
In 2019, the crew was preparing to make up a scene in Beijing, but one of the defibrillators could not find the same model, so they had to turn to Shifang again. Zhai Qiurong sent the photo to the brother hospital, and after several searches, he finally found the "retired" instrument in the warehouse of another hospital and sent it to Beijing to complete the shooting work.

In addition to the prop guarantee, there are more than 10 Shifang professional medical staff as the actors of "One Hundred and Eight", and during the script creation process, 5 medical staff of the Maternal and Child Health Hospital participated in the review of the part involving the medical profession. "Whether the main medical name, character dialogue, disposal method, etc. is reasonable and compliant." Zhai Qiurong said that after the release of the film, in addition to the ordinary audience, it will also face many medical staff, and must withstand their professional scrutiny.
