"What would you most like to have Dinghai recorded?" "Old bungalows, hand-cranked spinning wheels..." On the afternoon of October 24, the Fourth Neighborly Point of Dinghai Road Street organized a community sketching activity with the theme of "Witty Silver Hair Life", recording the old buildings, old objects, and wonderful life scenes in the community in a common way of sketching.
At 2 p.m., more than 10 community residents gathered in the century-old bungalow of Good Neighbor Point with the "precious photos" they captured, sharing their own small discoveries and introducing their stories with Dinghai. In the laughter, the friendship between the residents and the community has also become deeper.
For example, the ordinary small table, with the skateboard as the base, transformed into a mobile bar, and the participants drew the "witty moments" they found on the paper one by one.
"Participating in this sketching activity, I feel that I have gained a lot. In addition to learning some painting skills, the most important thing is to deepen my understanding of the community, I have lived in Dinghai for many years, but some things I only learned for the first time today, it turns out that we have such a rich history and culture in Dinghai. Aunt Hu, who participated in the sketching activity, commented.
It is understood that the completed works will be integrated by good neighbors and put into the 2022 community annual calendar, second-hand bookstores, antique shops that have disappeared... Seal the precious memories of the residents.
"By organizing similar community sketching activities, residents are invited to participate in the creation of the annual calendar. The completed annual calendar will also be distributed free of charge to the participants of the event and some Dinghai residents, so that everyone can have their own community annual calendar and start a new 2022. Wu Qiuling, head of the good neighbor point, told reporters.
With the theme of depicting the community, sketching as the carrier, and residents as the main body, in the process of recording the "witty moment", everyone's understanding and sense of belonging to the community has been improved, and a platform for mutual communication and understanding has been built among residents, further improving the enthusiasm of residents to participate in community construction and development.
