On the 23rd, the Hongfuyuan community in Beiqijia Town, Changping District, Beijing was adjusted from a medium-risk area to a high-risk area, and more than 20,000 residents of 110 residential buildings in the community were required to be quarantined and could not leave without authorization except if necessary.
From the discovery of confirmed cases in the community, more than a thousand grass-roots workers and community volunteers from the district government, town streets and community volunteers immediately took action, and by the evening of the 23rd, they had been fighting for three consecutive days and two nights, these people were not only responsible for the prevention and control of the community entrance, the comprehensive elimination of the environment, the transportation of epidemic prevention materials, etc., but also acted as temporary couriers to deliver residents' daily necessities to the door door to door.
Currently, this is the only high-risk area in Beijing.
