Since the election of the Community Women's Federation in 2017, the staff has grown from the previous 7 to 15 people, of which 4 belong to the members of the two committees of the branch, 2 members of the original branch and residence committees, and 5 people of the community property management personnel, with education level of college or above, including 5 undergraduates and 6 members of the Communist Party of China.
