Portuguese prawn clams with muscular tomato risotto
Portuguese seafood rice

* 100 g onion, chopped
* 50 g garlic, minced
*200 g of cherries, halved
* White wine 100 ml
*200 g of rice
* Hot water 600ml
*100 g prawns
*Mussel 100 g
*Clams 100 g
*4 straps
* Coriander
Preparation method
1. Sauté the minced pesto, onion and tomatoes and add the white wine
2. Add rice and hot water and cook for 3 minutes.
3. When the rice is half cooked, add the mussels, clams, tapes, and finally add the prawns
4. Sprinkle the parsley on top and season
