Ingredients: Chinese cabbage, green pepper, winter shoots, shiitake mushrooms, ginger slices, a little minced garlic.
Seasoning: salt, chicken powder, soy sauce, water starch, cooking oil.
Directions: Wash and cut the Chinese cabbage into strips, cut the green peppers into dead strips, and cut the winter shoots into strips. Bring water to a boil in a pot, add oil, salt, winter shoots, shiitake mushrooms, and add cabbage after half a minute
Stir-fry in oil, stir-fry ginger slices and minced garlic, add green peppers and sautéed water. Turn over well
Add soy sauce, salt, chicken powder, pour in the water starch and stir-fry the ingredients in the pan until flavorful. Then it is ready to go out of the pan.
