Titans head coach Mike Vrabel's roster is already taking shape.
Earlier this week, the Titans announced the hiring of defensive coordinator Dean Pees and offensive coordinator Matt Lafleur. Last season's Special Forces assistant coach, Craig Aukerman, was promoted to Special Agent Coordinator. Arthur Smith, who has spent seven seasons at the Titans, will still serve as a midfielder coach. Rob Moore has also officially become the team's new external coach.
The Titans also have four new hires: quarterback coach Pat O'Hara, second-line coach Kerry Coombs, outside guard coach Shane Bowen and interior guard coach Tyrone McKenzie. Bowen and O'Hara worked with Flabelle at Texas, Coubbes has been a coaching staff member at Ohio State for the past six seasons, and MacKenzie was last year's Rams' assistant special service coach.
