The cook who got the order racked his brains and did everything in his power to make meat balls with pork, stewed the chicken soup, and made fish caught in the morning into fish balls, and added ingredients such as mountain shoots, river shrimp, ham and steamed them in a steam pot, and after doing a good job, they were presented to Gaozong.
After Song Gaozong ate, he shouted "Xianzai", ate three bowls of rice in a row, and couldn't help but turn his face back, Long Yan was very happy, and wrote "Shao Zuo Zhongxing" with a pen.
Later, Zhao Zhuo learned that the ingredients of this dish were gathered in yuezhou Jishan, the essence of the water and the fields, so he gave the dish the name "Shao Sanxian".

During the Ming Dynasty, Wang Hua, the father of the master of heart studies, Wang Yangming, was not only erudite and talented, but also a foodie.
In the seventeenth year of Chenghua (1481), Wang Huadian was about to try, and when he was talking with friends about the scriptures, he heard that there was a restaurant in Shaoxing City, and there was a famous dish "Shao Sanxian", which had been passed down for more than 300 years.
After Wang Hua listened. For a long time, he couldn't sleep, so he took the lamp all night, got up from Yuyao, and went to Shaoxing City to look for it, and when it was noon, when hunger and thirst were unbearable, Wang Hua happened to meet a person to lead him and find this shop.
After eating, Wang Hua greatly appreciated.
The shop told him that this dish originated from Emperor Gaozong of song Zhao, because the ingredients gathered the essence of Shaozhi jishan, Jianshui and Woye, the taste was particularly long, mellow and fragrant, and was named "Shao Sanxian" by Gaozong.
When he and Wang Hua exchanged ideas, the shopkeeper learned that Wang Hua was a descendant of Wang Xi, so he pleaded to write a signboard for his own restaurant.
Wang Hua carried a lantern all night to look for "Shao Sanxian", after tasting, it was like obtaining a treasure, and after some searching, Wang Hua wrote down three big characters of "Treasure Hunt".
Because of his fascination with Shaoxing's landscape and food, Wang Hua moved his family from Yuyao to Shaoxing shortly after returning to his hometown.
Later, Wang Huajin was titled "High School Champion".
