Ai Cang is a traditional folk snack in Longsheng Autonomous County, Guilin City, Guangxi Province. During the Qingming Dynasty, local ethnic minorities go to the fields to pick wormwood, wash and grind, add glutinous rice flour to make mugwort, mugwort, etc., and eat it during the Qingming Dynasty.
