Ai Cang is a traditional folk snack in Longsheng Autonomous County, Guilin City, Guangxi Province. During the Qingming Dynasty, local ethnic minorities go to the fields to pick wormwood, wash and grind, add glutinous rice flour to make mugwort, mugwort, etc., and eat it during the Qingming Dynasty.

Wormwood is an annual herb with juicy and thick foliage and a seductive fragrance that has the effects of rational qi and blood, cold and dampness, and complement activation. The rice dumplings made with wormwood and glutinous rice flour are delicate and soft, fragrant and delicious, and are loved by people.
