Fried meat stuffed dumplings are usually listed in the summer, and the heavy sun falls on the market. Unlike other steamed dumplings, fried meat dumplings are eaten freshly!
The dumplings made of japonica rice flour and water-ground glutinous rice flour are steamed and rolled out, then wrapped in a filling made of minced pork, kaiyang, shrimp, nasturtium, bamboo shoots, black fungus and flat tip, and finally poured "soul soup brine" from the opening on the top of the dumplings.
When you eat it, the soup is fresh, the filling is fragrant, the skin is tough, and the mouth is full of fresh goods!
