One is located on the edge of Weishui, and the other is located on the north slope of ShengliYuan, which is ChenCang Old Street and Xifu Old Street. The difference between the two old streets is only because of the difference between the two words, for a time, not to say that it is a foreigner, even some locals have to break for half a day, or can be clear. Although the two old streets are only two words apart, the themes and connotations are different.

Xifu Old Street
Let's start with Chen Cang Old Street. Chen Cang, baoji ancient name, or because the qinling mountain in this area in ancient times called Chen Cang mountain and named, or because the late Qin set up here Chen Cang County and named, in short, the history is long, so far there is no conclusion. However, it was changed from Chen Cang to Baoji, which is said to be the Anshi Rebellion in the 14th year of Tang Tianbao, and it is said that there are historical records to prove it. Therefore, Baoji was called Chen Cang in ancient times, and Chen Cang Old Street was also named after it.

An old railway station, an old steam engine head, an old waiting hall, will make people think of it, as if they have returned to the old Baoji in the 1940s and 50s or even longer. There are also Chen Cang apartments, Shanxi guild halls, cinemas, etc. that imitate the Republic of China, which remind people of the bustling street scene of Baoji, a city born of the road and prospered by the road in the last century.
