Three visits to the countryside to feel the harvest of the first act of wine the second act of tea the third act of cultural tourism

In order to actively participate in social practice, go deep into the hometown, and contribute to the work of the hometown, the sophomore students of Southwestern University of Finance and Economics invited Teacher Lu Jinpeng as a guide to set up a "Ancient and Modern Charm" team to qionglai city, Chengdu, Sichuan Province, for a five-day summer "three going to the countryside" social practice activities.

Time is always fleeting, and our practical activities are coming to an end. In this practical activity, we went deep into the winery, tea garden and park to study and interview, and learned about the customs and customs of Qionglai, cultural traditions, the development of tourism and the specialties of Qionglai - tea and wine, and gained many things that were not available in the school classroom. Looking back on the practical activities in the past few days, the scenes are clearly reproduced.

<h1 class="pgc-h-center-line" data-track="3" > act 1 Wine</h1>

Thousand years of Qionglai wine country, brewing Wenjun fine wine. Thousand years of Chinese culture, pregnant with Chinese wine. Speaking of liquor, throughout the ages, whether it is ordinary people or dignitaries, they cannot get rid of its temptation. Whether it is the poetry immortal Li Bai, or the Qin Emperor Han Wu, Tang Zong Song Zu, all they drink are liquor, and baijiu represents traditional Chinese culture to a great extent. And Qionglai's liquor is a kind of inheritance of Chinese wine culture. In the process of aging, a series of reactions and changes occur within it, and these changes make the aged liquor more sweet, which is the same as learning, enduring loneliness, in order to get the harvest and taste its sweetness. The grasp, tasting and experience of the wine masters and wine tasting masters let us see their adherence to the handmade production of wine. Today, when we drink wine, we not only drink its superior taste and quality, but also the Chinese historical heritage and cultural connotation it carries, and culture is the foundation of a nation's development. With the development of Qionglai, the wine culture carried by Wenjun wine has also been spread. The story of Sima Xiangru behind Wenjun wine and Zhuo Wenjun, the daughter of the rich merchant Zhuo Wangsun of Linqiong, after marriage, the two set up Wenjun Liquor Store in Linqiong City to perform the ancient song of "Phoenix Seeking Phoenix". This is the earliest story of free love in China. While tasting the mellow liquor, we also realized the true meaning of life.

<h1 class="pgc-h-center-line" data-track="17" > act II tea</h1>

After years of development and historical precipitation, tea culture has formed a mature system. In Qionglai tea culture, the most famous is Wenjun tea. In the past few days, our practice team has visited and investigated qionglai tea houses, and learned about Wenjun tea from specific links such as tea picking, tea making, and tea tasting. Each link is very learned, and at the same time, it is interlinked and closely related.

In terms of tea picking, we go deep into the field of tea gardens to learn and experience tea picking operations. Under the scorching sun, we carried the tea basket and bowed our heads to pick the tea leaves, but we were so busy sweating that we only made the picked tea leaves cover the bottom of the tea basket, let alone the problem of different tea quality.

In tea making, we sat around the simple tea making machine under the leadership of professional tea making masters to observe the whole process of tea making at close range, listened to the master slowly explain the doorway of the tea making process, and watched the tea color fade from verdant bright green to deep scorched yellow dark green. The process of hand-made tea is cumbersome and complicated, a large basket of fresh tea leaves makes no more than a thin layer of tea cakes, while the tea master has to constantly stir-fry and strictly control the temperature of the pot. To a certain extent, the tea picking link can simplify some of the tedious steps of the tea making process, and the grade of tea produced also depends on the quality of the picked tea. It is to personally experience the connection between tea picking and tea making, we experience the world contained in a small piece of tea cake, and at the same time contain the sweat of tea pickers and tea makers.

In the tea tasting, we visited the professional tea artist, sighed at the elegant and smooth movements of the tea artist, sniffed the tea aroma gradually spread in the tea room, and experienced the elegance of the leisure represented by the tea. At this moment, we deeply feel that tea is not only a drink, but also an art and a culture.

On paper, I finally realized that I had to do something about it. In the past, we have come into contact with many tea-related literary and artistic works, but we have never been able to truly appreciate the connotation of tea culture. Now our practice team has personally gone deep into Qionglai Tea Estate, explored the process from tea picking to tea tasting, and after understanding the history of Qionglai tea culture, truly understood the historical background of thousand-year-old tea culture.

<h1 class="pgc-h-center-line" data-track="18" > act III cultural tourism</h1>

On the first day of interviewing the relevant personnel of Qionglai Publicity and Innovation Department, we learned that Qionglai attaches great importance to the combination of culture and tourism. At the same time, it also combines Qionglai tea wine culture, green agriculture and tourism, and the famous local wine company Wenjun Wine is based on the emotional story of Zhuo Wenjun and Sima Xiang, "Wenjun sells wine when he is like a polyester in the city.". Liquor companies also seize this cultural condition, enrich the cultural connotation of enterprises and spread brand reputation with the help of cultural stories. The Qiongyao ruins of Shifangtang were not only opened as qiongyao archaeological site park, but also established the Chengdu Linqiong Wenbo Creative Industry Demonstration Zone, which combined the charm of qiongyao kilns with cultural creations and industries, so that the vitality of Qiongyao kilns was slowly awakened today. When we went to the wenjun tea raw material production area, we learned that the land of the tea garden is to concentrate the land of the surrounding farmers through contract management, centralize the decentralized tea planting, and adopt centralized management and scientific planting, which improves the efficiency of tea production. At the same time, due to unfavorable conditions such as production reduction caused by natural disasters, the government and enterprises will also compensate tea gardens for certain risks, and the income of farmers will be guaranteed. At the same time, it was also noted that there are a number of experience halls and activity centers in the tea garden, which are introduced by the staff of the tea garden, which is a combination of "green agriculture + industry + tourism". Pingle Ancient Town is a major feature of Qionglai, is a national 4A scenic spot, scenic accommodation more, characteristic handicrafts, characteristic food shops more, walking in the streets of the ancient town, listening to the gushing river water blowing through the streets of the ancient city, experience the beauty from a thousand years ago.

In terms of cultural tourism in Qionglai, the development direction is diversified, which can bring people multiple experiences. The infrastructure is complete, the transportation between the attractions is very convenient, and it should be possible to receive tourists very calmly when the number of tourists is large.

After what we have seen and heard in the past few days, we would like to make several suggestions for the development of cultural tourism in Qionglai. First, the current development of cultural tourism in Qionglai is a variety of developments, giving people a dazzling feeling, and there is no centralized feature. In the future, you can choose the most prominent part of Qionglai culture for publicity to improve Qionglai's cultural popularity. Second, in every place, you can only experience a certain one-sided aspect of Qionglai culture, which gives people a sense of impact that is not as strong as the whole. The improvement of this point can highlight the various cultural characteristics of Qionglai at each scenic spot or tourist point, and enhance the cultural impact.

In addition, there is a scene where everyone walks around with the poisonous sun together, and we have a strong welcome from the scorching sun every day in Qionglai. Maybe because our planning in advance is incomplete, or we are not familiar with Qionglai, in the navigation view, the destination is behind us, in fact, we will walk for a long time. It can be seen that it is very important to have a member who is familiar with the local area and can take less "wrongful roads".

For the whole team, one is to pay attention to the division of labor and cooperation, each person gives full play to their own advantages, balances the workload between team members, reasonable division of labor and cooperation can not only ensure work efficiency, but also better maintain the contact between members; second, plan in advance, collect as much relevant information as possible, write interviews in advance and be familiar with them, and at the same time understand the travel route according to various ways to avoid mistakes; the third is to attach importance to communication, put forward problems on the spot, and do not let a person sing "monologue". Everyone will have unfamiliar times, don't feel embarrassed, only in this way, you can better integrate into the group.

Summer social practice is meaningless if it is only a formality. What is done in practical activities is to enrich and practice its meaning through self-training again and again. In practice, we can deeply understand that we still have many shortcomings, and there is still a lot of room for improvement in many aspects. In the future study and life, we will continue to work hard, hoping to participate in future practical activities with more enthusiasm and more prominent practical skills.
