【Directions】
【Step 1】Pit the candy plums, remove the pulp and chop them into a bowl for later; slice the ginger and cut off the green onion; wash the ribs with a knife on the surface.
【Step 2】Put the ribs in a bowl, sprinkle with a spoonful of salt, a little black pepper, add the chopped plum meat, 2 spoonfuls of light soy sauce, 1 spoonful of dark soy sauce, 1 spoonful of oyster sauce, sliced ginger, green onion, stir well, put in the refrigerator and refrigerate for 1 hour.
