On April 28th, the unveiling ceremony of the Blu-ray Sichuan Cuisine Aesthetics Exhibition Hall was held in The Jingyan Peninsula of Luxi Zhigu, Tianfu New District.

Blu-ray (1886-1961) was the founder of Rongyuan, the builder and innovator of the modern Sichuan cuisine system. The contribution and influence of Blu-ray Jian and RongYuan to modern Sichuan cuisine are prominent in four aspects - one is to establish a modern Sichuan cuisine and dominate the list of the four major Chinese cuisines; the second is to establish a style and standard for the Sichuan cuisine banquet on the basis of the Sichuan version of the Manchu and Han dynasty; the third is to be compatible with the north and south, integrate innovation, and form the charm and characteristics of "one dish and one hundred dishes and one hundred flavors"; fourth, pay attention to inheritance and talent training, so that the Sichuan cuisine industry is full of talents and famous teachers. To this day, the Blue Sect is half of Sichuan cuisine, and nearly half of the later Sichuan cuisine masters are his apprentices.

From creativity, collection of literary and graphic materials, to design and construction, the Blu-ray Sichuan Cuisine Aesthetics Exhibition Hall has spent more than three years, during which it has condensed the painstaking efforts of countless cultural people, and is one of the key cultural and creative projects in Tianfu New Area and one of the demonstration projects for the transformation of ecological value in the construction of public parks. The Blu-ray Cuisine Aesthetics Exhibition Hall is composed of four parts - "Blu-ray Iron Era", "Blu-ray Influence", "Blu-ray Cooking Thoughts", and "Blu-ray Aesthetics".
