Beijing News (reporter Liu Huan) on August 9, the Beijing News reporter learned from the official website of the China Liquor Industry Association that the association recently approved the release of the "Grain Brewing Cooking Wine" group standard No. 1 modification list, showing that the detection method of cooking wine was changed from the original standard of β- phenethyl ethanol (high performance liquid chromatography) to β - phenethyl ethanol (gas chromatography).
It is understood that the original standard detection method for cooking wine is β-phenylethanol (high performance liquid chromatography), the specific principle is that the processed cooking wine sample is injected into the high performance liquid chromatography column for various tests. The new detection standard displayed in this revision list is β-phenylethanol (gas chromatography), the specific principle is that after the specimen is gasified, it is entered into the column with the carrier gas for detection.
According to the China Liquor Industry Association, the T/CBJ8101-2019 "Grain Brewing Cooking Wine" group standard was released on March 1, 2019, and the release of the standard has played a positive role in regulating the cooking wine industry and guiding the benign development of the industry. In the past two years, the relevant testing methods have changed, in order to meet the needs of product testing, after soliciting the opinions of the drafting unit and reaching an agreement, it is now approved to publish the group standard No. 1 amendment order, which will be implemented from the release date.
