Song Concubine Fish Soup: During the Song Dynasty, Emperor Gaozong Zhao's royal boat leisurely traveled to the West Lake, and summoned those who were doing business in the lake to give gifts. Among them, there is a woman named Song Wujie, who is famous for making fish soup. Emperor Gaozong then tasted her fish soup and praised her.
