Cangwu County, Wuzhou City: "Head Goose" leads the development of the Liupao tea industry

Under his leadership, the village has planted more than 20 Liupao tea farmers, covering an area of more than 1,200 mu.

Since the beginning of this year, Cangwu County has vigorously implemented the project led by the "head goose" and driven by party members, developed the cultivation of Liupao tea, and formed a "puzzle effect" of dots with noodles and slices of noodles.

Through the formation of a propaganda team of party members, the secretary of the village party branch taking the initiative to take the lead, and the party members and cadres planting first, the county joined hands with the villagers' group leaders, planting experts, and local Liupao tea planting experts to go to the village and enter the households, publicize the policies to the villagers, answer questions for the villagers, and encourage the villagers to actively participate in the cultivation of Liupao tea. At the same time, the implementation of the "summoning + family affection + policy + service" model, the secretary of the village party branch took the lead in in-depth visits, active communication with the families of the villagers, promote knee-to-knee talks, and use family ties, policy support and other ways to attract local talents who went out to return to their hometowns to invest and start a business.

According to statistics, at present, the county has completed the land circulation of more than 42,000 mu, the circulation of more than 2,000 mu of nursery bases, the newly planted Liupao tea more than 13,000 mu, the cultivation of more than 30 rural enterprises, more than 600 industrial and technical personnel, and the return to the hometown to invest in the planting of Liupao Tea Township sages more than 500 people.
