In accordance with the relevant regulations, the opinions of interested parties are solicited, and the publicity period is from July 4, 2021 to July 13, 2021.

The residential theme park project is located in Luohan Mountain, Xindian Town, and is jointly developed and constructed by Fuzhou Fenglong Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Hong Leong"), Fuzhou Zhaoxiang Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. and Fuzhou Zhaofeng Real Estate Development Co., Ltd.
According to the land contract, the project still has a planned area of about 58,500 undeveloped construction, and now Hong Leong Company has applied for continued development and construction, and intends to demolish the communication machine room of building 541#-543# and 545# (clubhouse), 547# (pump room and pool), and 548# (property management building). The proposed demolition of the building area is about 11,000 square meters.
On the basis of maintaining the current building density and green space rate, 1 multi-storey residential building (double-duplex villa) and 4 high-rise residential buildings will be built, with a construction area of about 33,000 square meters and a building height of no more than 36 meters (2 12-storey buildings and 2 10-storey buildings).
Among them, the communication machine room is planned to be located in the basement in combination with the new building, and the property building of the 548# building, the security and the police station, the neighborhood committee, etc. are re-located in the current 544# building. Indicators such as the project plot ratio after the new construction still meet the requirements of the land contract.
