I. Mo Zhanye, secretary of the party leading group and director of the Libo County Development and Reform Bureau, has the problem of private car public maintenance.
From November 2016 to May 2018, Mo Zhanye, secretary of the party group and director of the Libo County Development and Reform Bureau, used an official fuel card to refuel his private car for 2249.05 yuan. On January 14, 2019, Mo Zhanye was punished with a warning from within the party.
Second, Hu Zongcheng, head of the complaint center of the Fuquan Municipal Environmental Protection Bureau, accepted gifts in violation of the law.
From January 2015 to January 2016, Hu Zongcheng illegally accepted a total of 10,000 yuan in cash from two enterprises in Fuquan City, the subject of management services, and accepted a banquet. On December 18, 2018, Hu Zongcheng received a severe warning from the party and handed over the proceeds of disciplinary violations to the state treasury.
Third, Lei Guodeng, vice principal of the Guiding County Secondary Vocational and Technical School, illegally issued subsidies to Tianjin.
From 2014 to February 2018, when Lei Guodeng presided over the school, he used the inflated teacher's class hour fee to issue a total of 764,600 yuan in subsidies such as teacher attendance awards to teachers and staff. On December 17, 2018, Lei Guodeng received a severe warning from the party, and the subsidies issued in violation of the regulations were refunded and handed over to the national treasury.
Fourth, Li Xiaojun, head of the Water Supply and Drainage Management Center of Tangbian Town of Pingtang County Water Affairs Company, accepted gifts in violation of the law.
From November 2016 to January 2017, Li Xiaojun illegally accepted gifts totaling 7,000 yuan from the project leaders of two enterprises that belonged to the management service objects. On December 17, 2018, Li Xiaojun received a severe warning from the party and handed over the proceeds of the violation of discipline to the state treasury.
V. Wei Yuhua, former principal of Yaolu Primary School in Dahe Town, Sandu County, violated the law in receiving official business and distributing subsidies and welfare.
From April 2015 to January 2018, Wei Yuhua violated the law five times to issue subsidies such as end-of-term subsidies, full attendance awards, and mooncakes to in-service faculty and staff, used cigarettes in official receptions 21 times, and used alcohol in violation of alcohol prohibition regulations in official receptions four times. On December 28, 2018, Wei Yuhua received a severe warning from the party.
Sixth, Meng Guomin, former deputy director of the former safety production supervision and administration bureau in Libo County and head of the comprehensive section, accepted gifts and gifts in violation of the law.
During the Spring Festival from 2013 to 2017, Meng Guomin received 22 holiday gifts totaling 33,100 yuan and 130 catties of pork from the owners of 9 building materials companies. In December 2017, Meng Guomin received a severe warning from the party and his illegal gains were confiscated. Meng Guomin, who also had other serious violations of discipline and law, was "double-opened" in August 2018 and sentenced to three years in prison and fined 200,000 yuan in December 2018.
7. Lu Shiyong, former principal of Libo Secondary Vocational School, accepted the issue of food and accommodation, transportation arrangements, and the acceptance of Moutai wine gifts from enterprises.
From November 22, 2017 to November 26, 2017, Lu Shiyong led the vice president and 7 heads of related business departments to visit Guangzhou, during which time, they visited the Topgang intern students at the Tianjin "Xintianze" Restaurant Hotel, and the accommodation and air ticket expenses during the inspection were paid by Guangzhou Youcai Education Investment Co., Ltd. and the owner of Tianjin "Xintianze" Hotel respectively. On April 21, 2018, Lu Shiyong accepted a piece (a total of 6 bottles, 53 degrees) of Feitian Moutai wine from Mi Moumou, vice president of Guangzhou Youcai Education Investment Co., Ltd. On July 6, 2018, Lu Shiyong led a group of 6 people in charge of the relevant business departments of the school to Visit Qingyuan, Shanghai and other places in Guangdong, during which he visited the top-post intern students in Guangzhou and Tianjin, and the food and accommodation expenses and air ticket costs incurred were paid by Guangzhou Youcai Education Investment Co., Ltd. and Tianjin "Xintianze" Hotel respectively. Lu Shiyong also had other disciplinary problems. In December 2018, Lu Shiyong was placed on probation for one year and demoted to a lower post.
VIII. The Red Cross Society of Libo County illegally issued subsidies.
After the study of the team meeting, the Red Cross Society of Libo County decided to make a book in the form of overtime pay in April 2015 to issue a subsidy of 8257 yuan for employees who should be on leave but did not take leave in 2014. Among them, Wu Yuhua, then full-time vice president of the Red Cross, received 2717 yuan. In February 2019, Wu Yuhua was admonished to talk and dealt with, and the illegal release of funds was returned.
IX. Ren Dezi, a member of the Chaoyang Village Committee of Chaoyang Town, Libo County, violated the law in handling the banquet.
On July 27, 2018, Ren Dezi invited relatives, friends and neighbors to celebrate the child's full moon, set up 16 tables at home, and organized "full moon wine" for his daughter, collecting a total of more than 6,000 yuan in gifts. In November 2018, Ren Dezi was punished with a warning from within the party.
