This is really a too ordinary mountain, compared with the famous mountains of southern Anhui, Jingting Mountain is too insignificant, but it attracted a generation of poets Li Bai 7 times in his lifetime.

Especially in his later years, when he visited Jingting Mountain in autumn, he left a poem lamenting Jingting Mountain that has been circulated for thousands of years:

Sit alone respectfully on the pavilion mountain

[Tang] Li Bai

The birds flew high,

Lonely clouds go alone.

Look at each other without getting tired,

Only Jingting Mountain.

Since then, more than 300 literati and inkers from past generations have visited, such as Bai Juyi, Meng Haoran, Du Mu, Han Yu, Liu Yuxi, Wang Wei, Su Dongpo, Wei Yingwu, etc. These literati inkers have left more than 800 classic poems, which have made Jingting Mountain famous all over the world, thus winning the reputation of "Poetry Mountain". There are many famous mountains in the motherland, but it may be the only mountain that enjoys the reputation of "poetry mountain".

An important reason why we visited Jingting Mountain was to make up a bunch of questions that have been haunting our minds, that is, why is Li Bai so affectionate to Jingting Mountain?

After swimming jingting mountain, I know a little bit about it and solve this question a little.

Let's start with Jingting Mountain.

Jingting Mountain was originally named Zhaoting Mountain, and was renamed Jingting Mountain during the Jin Dynasty to avoid the name of Emperor Sima Zhao. Guzhao Pavilion was built by Chen Tailai of Xuancheng County in the Ming Dynasty, and the three characters of "Guzhao Pavilion" are also his own letters.

It stretches for only more than ten miles from east to west, with 60 large and small peaks, and the highest peak is only 324 meters, which is a hill at best. But from a distance, it is also full of emerald green, clouds and mist; into the mountains, the forest is deep, the spring water is ding-dong, quite beautiful, from the perspective of the landscape, it also loses a place for tourism and leisure.

At the foot of Jingting Mountain, there is also Guangjiao Temple, also known as Hongwan Temple, built in the Tang Dynasty, destroyed by the Japanese invasion of China, and the current situation is modern restoration.

Now let's express why Li Bai loves Jingting Mountain.

First of all, let's start with Li Bai's resume.

Li Bai was born in 701 in The Western Regions of Shanye, and moved to Jiangyou, Sichuan at the age of 5.

From the age of 5 to 24, he studied in Shuzhong, and his studies were extensive and his poetry was quite famous. At this time, in addition to reading and chanting poems, Li Bai was also lying high in the cloud forest, asking for immortals to ask, good to perform chivalry, and there is no heart for meritorious name.

At the age of 24, Li Baimeng had the idea of making meritorious achievements, so he resigned his relatives and traveled to China with his sword, looking for an opportunity to show his skills.

It should be noted that Li Bai's swordplay is quite good, and it is said that he can handle several people.

Li Bai's goal of merit was to be a courtier of Fan Li, Zhang Liang, and Zhuge Liang, assist the king, make meritorious achievements, and then retire from the mountains and forests.

In fact, Li Bai has struggled all his life for this goal.

After the sword went to the country, he was recruited by the old Xiangguo Xu Yuanshi in Hubei Anlu, and in Li Bai's words, he spent ten years here.

Finally, in the first year of Tianbao (742), the emperor issued an edict announcing that Li Bai had entered the palace, so he "went out laughing from the sky" and entered the palace by order, believing that the opportunity to show his willingness to enter politics had come.

At this time, Li Baiji was 42 years old, had 18 years of roaming experience, and also waited bitterly for 18 years, and he was famous in the Tang Poetry Circle.

But when he arrived at the imperial court, there were many high-ranking officials and powerful subjects, and he was not at all adapted to his arrogant nature. How can I, a world-famous talent, "crush my eyebrows and bend my waist and make me unhappy"? Later, he simply got drunk and lay in the liquor store, until "the Son of Heaven did not come to the ship, claiming that his subjects were immortals in wine", coupled with the rumors of the courtier Zhang Yao, the emperor and Li Bai were "tired of looking at each other". In the third year of Tianbao (745), the 45-year-old Li Bai was finally "given gold to return the mountain" by the emperor, and began a wandering career of more than ten years in the second half of his life.

He also stayed in the imperial court for a year and a half, during which he also created the legendary stories of "Gao Lishi taking off his boots" and "Yang Guifei Duanyan". Being able to "retreat from the whole body" and give enough compensation for resignation at one time, it should be said that the emperor of the dynasty was still tolerant of him.

After leaving the imperial court, Li Bai has been living a life of living in a fixed place, sending people to the fence, wandering and wandering, and experiencing the cold of the world, but the grand ambition of the past to govern the country and the world is still looming in his heart, and it is difficult to completely disperse.

In the Anshi Rebellion that followed, he was not so lucky, but instead pressed straight to beat him into prison. Li Bai was 55 years old at this time, and it had been 10 years since he left the imperial court.

Countering the rebellion was originally a matter between the imperial court and the rebels, so how did Li Bai arrest and bring him to justice?

It turned out that Li Bai loved Datang very much, hated the rebels to the bone, and at the same time remembered his own meritorious deeds and names. When Li Xuan, the King of Yong, summoned him to the palace to participate in the counter-rebellion, he did not judge the situation, let alone have a far-sighted plan, but naively thought that the opportunity to serve the country from the army and make a comeback came, and what he did not expect was that this time he was on the wrong side with the wrong person.

Within the imperial court, between the princes, due to the struggle for imperial power, the leader he followed, Li Xuan, was killed, so he was imprisoned in Xunyang Prison, and finally punished with an "exile of Night Lang". At this time, it was 759 years old, and Li Bai was 59 years old.

Judging from this incident, Li Bai was simply a political low-powered person, because the Yong King Li Xuan originally wanted to plot the world and wanted to compete with his brother for the imperial residence, so he also recruited many celebrities, and everyone saw that there would be no good results, so they all avoided it, but Li Bai was willing to take the bait.

Fortunately, God blessed the genius, who had not yet entered Qian, and was able to grant amnesty when he walked to the White Emperor City. Originally, Li Bai, who was full of mountains and rivers and burned with all his thoughts, suddenly the willows were dark and the flowers were bright, which made him ecstatic, singing all the way from the White Emperor City to Jiangling, so there was the White Emperor City that had been passed down through the ages:

Between the clouds of the White Emperor,

A thousand miles of Gangneung one day back.

The apes on both sides of the strait can't stop crying,

The light boat has already passed over the Ten Thousand Heavy Mountains.

After this disaster, Li Bai, who was already a late twilight year, went from "laughing out of the sky and going out with great pride, my generation is a basil person", to being above the imperial court, daring to tease GaoLishi, daring to direct Yang Guifei, and then after going through the drifting, being convicted, exiled, and amnesty, he has seen through the imperial court, seen through society, and seen through life, as if he had turned a big circle and returned to the starting point.

Visiting Jingting Mountain again is another mood, but also another mentality. Although he had never met in his life, he was still in his body, but he had slowly changed from "my generation is a basil person" to "looking at each other and not tired of looking at each other, only respecting the pavilion mountain".

He wrote in the Taibai sitting alone sitting alone on the pavilion mountain, look at the scene, in fact, the author touched the scene, dialogue in his own life's bumpy experience, dialogue in the ancient precepts of the ancients, dialogue with the literati confidant, dialogue with nature, so as to express his true feelings according to his own inner feelings.

Secondly, the Famous Southern Qi scholar Xie Xian once lived in Jingting Mountain, and also loved Jingting Mountain, and wrote many poems such as "You Jingting Mountain", and Li Bai was Xie Xie's iron fan, the so-called Aiwu and Wu. Of course, this is only one aspect of our analysis.

In addition, there is another person who cannot but say that he has an important influence on Li Bai's love for Jingting Mountain, and this is Princess Yuzhen.

In southern Anhui, tracing Li Bai (2)

Princess Yuzhen was originally the granddaughter of Wu Zetian, the daughter of Li Dan of Tang Ruizong, the younger sister of Li Longji of Tang Xuanzong, the niece of Princess Taiping, and one of the three famous princesses of the Tang Dynasty. Unfortunately, shortly after the birth of Princess Yuzhen, Wu Zetian killed her mother, who grew up with Princess Taiping, and Princess Taiping and Emperor Ruizong were firm believers in Taoism, so Princess Yuzhen was influenced by her from an early age and also preached according to the religion. In the third year of Tianbao, that is, the year of Li Bai's exile, Princess Yuzhen returned to Jingting Mountain, and became a famous Taoist priest.

And it is worth saying that Princess Yuzhen had the grace of knowing Li Bai, and it was she and some celebrities of the current dynasty who strongly recommended it to Emperor Xuanzong, which made Li Bai have an experience of entering the palace and engaging in politics, with the spontaneous and straightforwardness of "laughing at the sky and going out, my generation is a basil person", and having an unforgettable time when he was extremely proud, extremely conceited, and extremely hesitant and full of ambition. Princess Yuzhen was 10 years older than Li Bai, but died in the same year, that is, in 762, when the princess was 72 years old and Li Bai was 62 years old. One of the two returned to the hidden mountains and forests, cultivated into immortals, and the other was talented, arrogant and conceited, but they cherished each other and were fans of each other, which cannot but be said to be a good story for a thousand years. Otherwise, without the recommendation of the princess, there would be no imperial court experience after Li Bai's "Nanling Bei Children Enter beijing", and there would be no legend of "Lux taking off his boots" and "noble concubines holding stones", then Li Bai's history and even China's literary history would be less of a story to talk about.

In his later years, Li Bai, after experiencing great winds and waves, big ups and downs, did not have the madness of "I am a crazy person in Chu, Fengge laughing at Kong Qiu", changed his life goals and attitude towards life, returned to society, loved the landscape, because after seeing the wind and clouds, he looked at the wind and moon, it was very kind, just as "I see how feminine Qingshan is, and I should be like this when I see Qingshan"!
