Japanese ultra-abstract artist Kazuo Yukio Yukio

Inspired by Jackson Pollock, the white-haired Kazuo placed a canvas on the floor, hung it from the ceiling with a rope, and painted barefoot while mixing paints, trying to transcend the framework of existing abstract paintings, creating this technique.

The white-haired Kazuo was recognized by the French critic Michel Tarpi and participated in the informal exhibition, an opportunity to receive high praise internationally.

In his later years, he gained a lot at Mount Hiei's Enri Temple, and the influence of tantra is also reflected in his works.

The specific art association to which the white hair belongs was impressed in exhibitions in Japan and overseas in the 1980s, and is now a representative group of Japanese contemporary art.

Masterpiece: Celestial Red-Haired Ghost

Japanese ultra-abstract artist Kazuo Yukio Yukio

The white-haired Kazuo has a keen interest in Chinese religion and history.

Especially when he was a child, he was addicted to "Water Margin".

The teachings of Jiro Yoshihara, the founder of the Concrete Arts Association, put forward the idea of creating something that no one had ever seen, and did not allow history to be imitated and interpreted.

Therefore, the title of a work is often two words: "work". The white hair is named after many of the characters in the Water Margin. One of them is the "Celestial Red-Haired Demon" of the Water Margin series.
