The revolutionary site of Suntang Primary School is located in Suntang Village, Yuji Town, and the school was founded in 1920 as "Liaocheng Yigao", which was renamed "Zhuxian Anti-Japanese First High" during the War of Resistance Against Japan. In 1996 the school developed into a fully central primary school.
Born in the flames of the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression, Sun Tang's anti-Japanese war was high and small, and the address changed several times, but it always continued the flame of revolution in the turbulent displacement, and by the founding of the People's Republic of China in 1949, it had trained more than 300 cadres and made positive contributions to the cause of the liberation of the Chinese nation.
On October 21, 2014, the former site of Suntang Primary School was listed by the Liaocheng People's Government as a cultural relics protection unit of Liaocheng City, and has now become an important place for young students to carry out revolutionary traditions and patriotic education.
