Today we will talk about Qinzhou in the Western Jin Dynasty. Like Heping Prefecture, Qin Prefecture was also a new prefecture set up during the Cao Wei and Western Jin Dynasties, which was originally part of Yong Prefecture, and in the first year of Cao Wei's Huang Dynasty (220 AD), Qin Prefecture was set up on the right side of The Dragon, and the Assassin Shi led the Qiang Lieutenant, but it was abolished not long after. In the third year of Taikang (282 AD), Qin Prefecture was abolished and re-incorporated into Yong Prefecture. However, only four years later, in the seventh year of Taikang (286 AD), Qin Prefecture was re-established, and the town was shangyi. Compared with before, this time Qinzhou lacked Jincheng County, with only six counties, twenty-four counties, and thirty-two thousand one hundred households.

Longxi Commandery (国), one of the Thirty-Six Counties of Qin. Tianshui County may be more familiar to many people, its earliest establishment of the county was in the Han WuDi emperor period, the Eastern Han Dynasty Ming Emperor Tianshui County changed its name to Hanyang County, until the Cao Wei period was renamed Tianshui County, Zhiji County. During the Western Jin Dynasty, shangyi county was moved to shangyi county, leading shangyi, Shichang, Xinyang, Xianxin, Chengji, and Ji counties (later abolished), with 8,500 households.

The original name of Luoyang County was Guangwei County, and it was renamed Luoyang County during the Western Jin Dynasty. It administers the four counties of Linwei, Pingxiang, Luoyang and Qingshui, with a household of 9,320.
