On the morning of July 30, the campers traveled to the agricultural enterprise "COFCO Group". Mr. Li Feng of COFCO Group introduced the product types, business philosophy and business content of COFCO Enterprises, and further introduced the development history of edible bread, so that the campers had a preliminary understanding of the development of COFCO Group, and also learned the interesting knowledge of bread and deepened their research interest in food science.
During the interactive session, Mr. Hu Donghui demonstrated in detail the production of Japanese raw toast for the campers and emphasized the importance of ingredient selection. The campers deeply understood the importance of modern technology in ensuring food safety, developing new products and enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises.

Great Wall Sanggan Winery is the second stop of Yunyou Agricultural Enterprises. On the afternoon of July 30th, the campers visited various functional areas of the Great Wall Sanggan Winery and learned about the precautions for the use of grapes in the winemaking process and related scientific knowledge. Then, under the leadership of the docent, the campers came to the grape planting base, wine cellar and wine production workshop, learned the growth characteristics of grapes, wine making methods and steps, and through popular science experiments, the campers also had a further grasp of the test method of wine composition content.
Closing ceremony
On the evening of July 30th, the campers participated in the closing ceremony online, reviewed the five days of study, and officially began a new journey to explore science.
