On the evening of November 25, 2020, a man fell into the water near the Anxi Yingru Bridge, and after Li Rongxiang saw the situation, he jumped into the cold stream and rescued the man. Xu Guifang, who was honored along with Li Rongxiang, is a Native of Hui'an, who saved the life of a 5-year-old girl from under a wheel while working in Anxi, but unfortunately was hit by a car and flew several meters, resulting in multiple injuries all over her body.
The other 6 commended personnel were Su Xianghua, Lin Yongjin, Huang Jingxian, Xu Jinmei, Xu Tianfang, and Xu Yuhui, some of whom were brave and injured, and some of whom used their lives to save lives in the cold night. Because of the outstanding achievements in the work, Anxi Hutou Saw Righteous Courage was rated as an advanced workstation, Blue Sky Rescue saw righteous courage as a volunteer service team, and Hutou Zhongxin saw righteous courage as a volunteer service team was rated as an advanced collective.
