It is understood that this greenhouse will be planted with fresh cut flowers, planting seedlings according to 4 stubbles a year, with an annual output of about 3 million plants and an annual output value of 9 million yuan. At the Meizhi Horticultural Base, zheng Meimei, the person in charge, is busy preparing for the flower market. In the early stage, the market will exhibit and sell various categories of fortune trees, create an online flower trading platform, and realize online and offline linkage transactions. As the largest chrysanthemum breeding base in Taiyuan City, Meizhi Horticulture has introduced more than 600 varieties for breeding trial planting on the basis of planting 600 kinds of chrysanthemums last year, of which more than 200 varieties have been introduced from abroad, including 3 kinds of edible chrysanthemums, which further enriches the types and colors of chrysanthemum planting. At present, 100,000 chrysanthemums have been planted in the two greenhouses used to resist frost, and will be planted in large quantities as the temperature rises.
In recent years, Jinyuan District has been committed to building a "flower town" in Taiyuan City and even Shanxi Province, actively exploring the deep integration of online and offline flower industry, striving to meet consumer demand, and making the "fancy economy" bloom with different charms.
