Is the soft gold cup made of gold? No, it is the peel of the orange peel that is cut open and de-vinyled

"Soft Gold Cup"

Recently, I read some texts about Tao Gu, among which the "Qing YiLu" (page 131 of the Three Diets Section) records that in the "Golden Xiang Daxiang", the annotation "Soft Golden Cup" is "here refers to the gold wine cup used by ZhuangZong himself".

Is the soft gold cup made of gold? No, it is the peel of the orange peel that is cut open and de-vinyled

How can a gold wine glass be called "soft"?

Original text: "Zhuang Zong drank, entered the new orange, and ordered all the lings to chant." Tang Dynasty Meishi Xiancheng said: "Jin Xiang Da Xiang, eight or nine brothers." Peel off the skin and remove the seeds, if the skin is a Ru ren'. The emperor laughed and gave the royal soft golden cup. ”

The Zhuangzong here should be the Later Tang Zhuangzong.

Of course, just looking at the original text can indeed be interpreted as "the golden wine cup used by Zhuang Zong himself".

Baidu, there is no explanation for the soft gold cup. There is also no such entry in the "Ci Hai". And suddenly remembered that Jin Zhangzong had something to do with this soft gold cup. Turn left and right, remember a person, this person is called Liang Shaoren. What impressed me was that he once wrote in the form of a poem about a man who wanted to change his sex. Moreover, he was a famous drunkard. His more famous work is "Essays on the Two Autumn Rain Temples", the second volume of which reads: "Jin Zhangzong has a soft gold cup, which is made of chopped fresh yellow oranges." ”

I think Liang Shaoren's statement is reliable.

In the previous stage, I wrote an article for the People's Publishing House Reading Club about the completion of the "History of Jin", and looked at Liu Qi's "Gui Qianzhi", because Liu Qi not only wrote history, but I also wrote him into my novel. He recorded the deeds of Jin Zhangzong in more detail, and one of the "Sheng Chazi" was titled "Soft Golden Cup":

Merry Purple House Lang, drinking wusha bank.

Soft nine ileum, cool glass cup.

Slim white jade onion, breaking through the golden bullet.

Borrow Dongting Spring and fly on peach blossom noodles.

It can be seen that it is a graceful thing to interpret the "soft golden cup" as splitting the golden orange, hollowing out the inner urn, and using it to hold wine. Li Cunxun is good at music and loves to drink, and so does Jin Zhangzong. Although there is a gap of more than two hundred years in between, Jin Zhangzong inherits his elegant deeds, which should be correct.
