The former site of the Cpc's Nansanhua Working Committee: Covert struggle to usher in liberation
After the victory of the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression in 1945, the Kuomintang plundered the fruits of victory and repeatedly "cleared and suppressed" the South (Hai) San (Shui) area, and the Party organization in Nanhai County was damaged and forced to suspend its activities. At the end of the same year, Shen Shaogang, a party member appointed by the CPC Guangzhou Municipal Committee, returned to his hometown of Shuishen Village, ran a school at Shen YuShu School, and used his status as a teacher as a cover to carry out revolutionary activities. In February 1946, Guangzhou Sent Du Lu to Nanhai as a commissioner to restore the party organizations in the southern part of Nanhai, Sanshui and Huaxian and develop revolutionary forces.
⬆️ Du Lu (the middle stander) was the cpc's Nanhai County commissioner, and together with Chen Qirui (the left-hand stander) who was then the commissioner of Sanshui County, and many ccp members appointed by their superiors, under the cover of teacherhood, he carried out a lot of revolutionary work under the cover of Shen Shaogang (the right-hander) as the principal of the Nanhai Lishui Shencun Primary School (that is, the Yuwen Shen Gongshu School), where Shen Shaogang (the right-hander) was the principal.
In order to strengthen the leadership of the underground party organizations in the Nanhai, Sanshui and Huaxian areas, in May 1949, the South (Hai) Sanshui (Shui) Hua (County) Working Committee of the Communist Party of China was established, and the working committee was located in Lishui Shen Village, Nanhai. The Nansanhua Working Committee of the CPC has formed the Nansanhua People's Guerrilla Group to carry out armed struggle; organized and mobilized the masses to establish peasant associations, women's associations, and other organizations to carry out the struggle against the "three marches"; infiltrated into the enemy's strongholds to plot a rebellion against the enemy's united front; and launched a propaganda offensive to make ideological and public opinion preparations for the liberation of the Nansanhua area.
In mid-October 1949, Huaxian, Guangzhou, Nanhai and Sanshui were liberated one after another, and in December of the same year, Nanhai, Sanshui and Huaxian respectively established county committees. At this point, the CPC's South Sanhua Working Committee completed its historical mission and announced its abolition.
