On August 24, the Education and Sports Bureau of Wen'an County, Langfang City, issued the "Circular on the Investigation of the Video of a Suspected Student Being Beaten Outside the School", saying: Recently, a video of a suspected student being beaten outside the school during the summer was disseminated through the Internet. The Wen'an County Education and Sports Bureau attached great importance to it after learning about it, and immediately formed an investigation team to carry out an investigation.
After preliminary verification, the person who hit the person in the video was Zhang Xxx, a seventh-grade student of Wenheng School in the county, and the beaten student was Zhang XX, a seventh-grade student of Donghai School.
