Like Li Xia, many fresh graduates often favor the Internet "big factory" in the job search process, but the road to entering the "factory" is not easy. Affected by the epidemic, from last year to the beginning of this year, online recruitment has become the mainstream, and some Internet "big factories" choose to pick written test questions from the question bank website to do for job seekers. Among them, the written test link dissuaded many job seekers with its high difficulty and large amount of questions.
Someone sniffed out "business opportunities" from it. Zhongxin Jingwei (WeChat: jwview) noted that some e-commerce platforms and social media platforms some sellers in the name of "big factory" employees or 985 college students to provide written test services for job seekers, charging 300 yuan to 500 yuan per hour, many claimed to be "packaged" and "the correct rate exceeded 80%."

Superficially selling "big factory" question banks secretly provides proxy examination services
On an e-commerce platform, searching for keywords such as "Dachang Written Test" or "Internet Written Exam", you can see that many sellers secretly provide proxy examination services in the name of selling "Dachang" written test question banks. These sellers often package the test as "assessment aids", which will automatically pop up when consumers consult customer service about the written test question bank.
Zhongxin Jingwei consulted a number of sellers as job seekers and learned that the service provided by the substitute examination only includes the administrative ability test (hereinafter referred to as the line test question) in the written test, and the professional questions need to be answered by the candidates themselves. Pricing varies from merchant to merchant, ranging from an average of 300 yuan to 500 yuan per hour. When asked how the accuracy rate is, a seller customer service said: "Can not do too high, the accuracy rate of 80%." "The score is too high like cheating, and HR (Human Resources) says that the normal written test score is around 57-70 points."

The seller claims to be a graduate student of a well-known polytechnic university, the 1.5-hour written test costs 400 yuan, the accuracy rate needs to look at the question, can exceed 80%, plus 100 yuan can find another person to do together.

Experts: Merchants who organize cheating are suspected of criminal offenses
"No matter how difficult the questions are, I will not choose to take the test or cheat."
