The modern TCM pain treatment system has entered the most basic villages

On October 22-24, 2021, the 17th Annual Conference of the Pain Branch of the Chinese Medical Association was held in Nanchang, Jiangxi Province. At the meeting, Academician Han Jisheng of the Chinese Academy of Engineering made a keynote report on "The Contribution of Chinese Pain Research and Transformation to the World"; Wang Qi, academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering and master of traditional Chinese medicine, made a report on "Dialectics of the Nine Bodies and Pain"; Lu Lin, academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, made a report on "Pain and Mental Illness"; and Zhang Dingyu, deputy director of the Hubei Provincial Health Commission, made a report on "Faith in Heart, Strength under Feet".

During the meeting, Professor Cui Jianjun, one of the founders of the department of anesthesia and pain in China, was interviewed by the media. Professor Cui Jianjun proposed to combine the concept of common prosperity and the strategic deployment of national rural revitalization, integrate resources to increase strength, accelerate the improvement of public health service capabilities for the most grass-roots villages and community health centers (stations) in rural areas, improve the ability of common and multiple pain diseases in the grass-roots middle-aged and elderly to be near, local and seek medical treatment, and give play to the application of modern Chinese medicine pressure wave meridian diagnosis and adjustment innovative technology to block general pain diseases at the village gate.

Professor Cui Jianjun clearly pointed out that the feasibility of modern Chinese medicine entering the countryside and the most basic level of the community is based on a team (2-3 people), a technology (modern Chinese medicine pressure wave meridian conditioning), a path (into the community, into the people's homes) model, practicing "prevention-oriented, Chinese and Western at the same time, focusing on the grass-roots level, the way out is innovation", this model will shift from medical treatment to health-centered to provide feasibility.

If the medical insurance settlement channel is also opened to the outpatient clinics of the primary health center (station, room), and through the empowerment of modern Chinese medicine (a thermometer, a stethoscope, a sphygmomanometer, a set of pressure wave diagnosis and adjustment system, a set of remote diagnosis and adjustment system terminals), it can effectively improve the ability of the elderly in remote villages and communities to seek medical treatment for common diseases and multiple diseases, which greatly facilitates the elderly patients. Exempt them from the pain of running for several kilometers or even ten kilometers to the county hospital for simple pain relief and pain treatment.

The Chinese Medical Association is committed to promoting the progress of medical science and technology and the transformation of achievements; carrying out continuing medical education through academic training and distance teaching; and promoting international multilateral or bilateral medical exchanges by organizing bilateral mutual visits and academic forums to carry out international cooperation projects. As the "China Plan", the modern TCM pressure wave meridian diagnosis and adjustment system will also contribute to the people of the world through the output of the "Belt and Road" scientific innovation base of the Silk Road Academy of Sciences.
