Feng Anbang was a very famous local gentry, but unfortunately, by his generation, the family had fallen into the middle of the road, and in desperation, the 13-year-old Feng Anbang lived by carrying sacks in the town and trained his strength. But what was even more tragic was that in 1900, there was a great famine in Shandong, and in order to have food to eat, Feng Anbang joined the Boxers. After the Xinhai Revolution, Feng Anbang defected to Feng Yuxiang.
Feng Anbang's two sleeves of qingfeng are very in line with Feng Yuxiang's expectations, plus Feng Anbang himself is also strong, so after more than ten years of experience, Feng Anbang has been promoted to division commander and has been appointed as the chairman of Ningxia Province. After feng yuxiang lost power after the Central Plains War, Feng Anbang began to follow Chiang Kai-shek, and he was appointed commander of the 27th Division of the 42nd Army of the National Revolutionary Army.
After the outbreak of the July 7 Incident, Feng Anbang took the initiative to ask Miao to go to the front, and the 27th Division under his command was the first National Revolutionary Army to go to the anti-Japanese front. At that time, Feng Anbang braved the bombardment of enemy aircraft to snipe tenaciously, causing no small casualties to the Japanese army going south, and made a lot of achievements, so he was promoted to the commander of the 42nd Army after the war.
Immediately after that, Feng Anbang rushed to the front line of Niangziguan and held his position for a month, and finally the troops hit only a few hundred people, but he also resolutely did not retreat, repelled many fierce attacks of the Japanese army, and relieved considerable pressure for the operation on the Xinkou battlefield.
After the repair, Feng Anbang also threw himself into the Battle of Xuzhou and the Battle of Taierzhuang, where he and the Japanese army repeatedly competed for positions, organized death squads to retake positions many times, and annihilated a large number of Japanese troops in the process.
Unfortunately, General Feng Anbang did not live to see the victory of the War of Resistance Against Japan, and in the battle to defend Xiangyang, Hubei Province, Feng Anbang was affected by the bombs of the Japanese army and died on the spot, at the age of 54.
After Feng Anbang was martyred, part of his body was returned to his hometown of Shandong. What was awe-inspiring was that the general in the hall did not have the money to take care of the aftermath at home. After hearing this, Chiang Kai-shek was very touched and specially distributed a pension of 10,000 yuan.
In fact, Feng Anbang's salary is not low, but in addition to the two sleeves of fresh wind, he also likes to help others, for example, he knows the soldiers who have difficulties in the family among his subordinates very well, and often takes the initiative to send money over. There is also that Feng Anbang often helps the people repair bridges and roads, which is a huge expense. It is said that many places have "Huamin Bridge", "Huamin" is Feng Anbang's character, these bridges were built by Feng Anbang.
In 1940, Feng Anbang was posthumously awarded the title of General of the Army. After the founding of the People's Republic of China, his name was included in the list of the Great Dictionary of Chinese Heroic Martyrs.
