In recent years, Xingpai and the Yushan County Party Committee and County Government have promoted the goal of building "China's Billiards Capital and World Billiards City" as a key project. In December 2020, the 15th plenary (expanded) meeting of the 13th Yushan County CPC Committee was held, and it will make every effort to build "China's Billiards Capital" as an important goal of Economic and Social Development in Yushan during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period. At present, the Yushan International Billiards Culture City, which is composed of five parts: the World Billiards Museum, the International Billiards Academy, the Yushan Sports Center, the Yushan International Conference Center and the Billiards Theme Sports Park, has been basically completed. Covering an area of 300 acres, with a construction area of 66,000 square meters and a total investment of about 450 million yuan, the Cultural City is currently the world's largest, most functional and best-equipped billiards cultural complex. At the same time, the well-known brand enterprise in the billiards industry - Xingpai, has also established the Xingpai Billiards Industrial Park in Yushan, which covers an area of 173 acres, with a construction area of 155,000 square meters, a total investment of about 600 million yuan, an annual output of nearly 50,000 sets of billiard equipment, and is the world's largest professional billiard equipment production and research and development base.

While Yushan holds large-scale international events, Yushan also organizes a series of billiards promotion activities and billiards events. At the same time, in order to better promote and popularize the development of billiards, so that more people can understand billiards and participate in billiards, the Yushan County Party Committee and County Government, the Yushan County Federation of Trade Unions and xingpai actively planned, and in May 2021, all the staff and workers of Yushan County were launched to popularize and train billiards knowledge, and the education system, health system, agricultural system, political and legal system, publicity system, and various departments of the county party committee, as well as various townships and streets actively participated. The training work has been highly recognized and evaluated by the Chinese Billiards Association, and has given strong support. The China Association for Taiwan Affairs made every effort to organize the training work, compile teaching courseware, and appointed Pang Weiguo, Lu Kangming, Xu Xinjian, Deng Shihao, and many other professional lecturers to teach in Yushan. At present, 6 sessions have been successfully held, and more than 3,000 people have participated in the training. In the later stage, Yushan will also hold a county-wide billiards knowledge contest and a county-wide staff billiards championship.
