The Shifang Expressway starts from Liujiawan, Liuliping Town, Danjiangkou City, Hubei Province (connecting to Hanshi Section of Fuyin Expressway), passes through Gushan, Guanting, Guanshan Town, Fangxian DianziHe, Lianghekou (connected with National Highway 209), Zhujiazui, Dengjiapo, and ends in Chengguan Town, Fangxian County. Shifang Expressway is a section of the sixth longitudinal Yunxian to Laifeng Highway in the "six vertical, five horizontal and one ring" planned by the skeleton highway network of Hubei Province, an important component of the western part of Hubei Province running through the north-south outgoing provincial corridor, a boutique tourism route connecting the "one river and two mountains" in hubei province in the ecological and cultural tourism circle of western Hubei Province, and an important connection line between the two expressways from Fuzhou to Yinchuan and Shiyan to Tianshui (South Passage).
