Beijing News News On the morning of September 18, the opening ceremony of the Go final of the 14th National Games was held at the Shangri-La Hotel in Hefei, Anhui Province. Lin Jianchao, chairman of the China Weiqi Association, Wang Yi, vice chairman and secretary general; Suga Qing, director of the Hefei Municipal Sports Bureau; Lu Zhiyong, member of the party group and deputy director; Shen Xianglin, deputy governor of the Luyang District People's Government; Zheng Jiakai, director of the Education and Sports Bureau; and athletes, coaches and team leaders participating in the mixed doubles competition attended the ceremony.

After the opening ceremony, the first round of the mixed doubles final officially began. In the first match to end, world champion Dang Yifei partner Li Ying won the hainan provincial combination of Fu Li /Tang Ying in the black mid-game to open the door for Sichuan. In other competitions, the popular Shanghai team Hu Yaoyu/Rui Naiwei team defeated Ding Lie/Yang Zi of the Coal Mining Sports Association team, and the world champion team of Jiangsu team Mi Yuting/Wang Chenxing defeated Chen Yaoye/Cao Youyin of Beijing team.
