There are gods, asking the heavens and the earth, and the common Confucians say it. Why? Zi Lu asked Confucius: "Pig shoulder and sheep's arm can get a sign, and the reed can be counted, so why should it be a turtle?" Confucius said, "Not really!" Cover its name also. Fu Yun is also a word, the turtle is a word of the old, and the matter of the fox is suspicious, when asking the old also. From this point of view, the yarrow is not a god, the turtle is not a spirit, and the name of the cover may not be real. If there is no reality, then it knows that there is no god, and if there is no god, it knows whether it is heaven and earth. And where is the mouth of heaven and earth, and we must ask? Zhou Duozi Gong zhizhan knew, like the material of Confucius's sophistry, so he saw the extraordinary omen and could not be judged. Because of the wu king Bu, he was nothing but fierce, so it was said that Bu Zheng could not be used purely, slightly to help the government, to show that there were ghosts and gods, and it was clear that he could not be specialized. The writer of the book, if Han fei is not the article of "Decorating Evil", it is clear that it has been effective, destroying the divinity, and not the credit of the world. Fu Bu Zheng is not unusable, and the person who is bu zheng is also mistaken. "Hong Fan" is suspicious, and the change of Bu Zheng must be asked to the Tianzi Qingshi, or the time trial is. The knowledge of man is dark, and the truth of the argument is also true. Legend or saying: King Wu cut the silk, Bu Zhi and gui < Zhaoxi >. The occupant is known as "fierce". Tai Gong said: "The turtle < the >, and the sacrifice is fierce, and the battle is victorious." "The King of Wu obeyed him, and the King of Wu was killed." If this transmission is judged, it is also repeated by Confucius, and the guilt of divination and the like is also. The number of Gai Zhao is not the same, and the auspicious and untrue people are not skillful workers.

According to the facts of this matter, Bu Zheng could not ask the heavens and the earth, and the yarrow and the turtle shell were not necessarily so divine. It is said that they have gods and can ask questions of heaven and earth, which is a common Confucian saying. What is the point to prove it? Zilu asked Confucius, "Pigs and sheep can also get trillions after their shoulder blades are burned, and these grasses can also be counted with reeds, so why must we use yarrow and turtle shells?" Confucius said, "No, probably just take the meaning of the two names of yarrow and turtle." Calling it yarrow means living for a long time; calling it a turtle means being old. To identify uncertain things, you should consult people who are older and more experienced. From this point of view, the yarrow is not a god, nor is the tortoise shell, this is just a name for them, not necessarily a reality. Without reality, it means that they have no gods; without gods, it can be seen that divination with turtles and yarrows is not asking for good fortune from heaven and earth. Besides, where are the mouths and ears of heaven and earth, and can we ask them? Nature and personnel are the same truth, if you want to understand the sky, according to the personnel can know, ask each other questions, if you do not see each other in person, personally ask each other's opinions, then the other party's opinions can not be understood. If you want to ask the sky, the sky is very high, and the ears of the sky are far away from people. If the heavens have no ears, the heavens have no form. There is no form, that is qi. Qi is like a cloud, how can it answer people? Yarrow is used to ask the earth, the ground has a body, and there is no difference from people. Ask a question to a person, and if you don't come near your ear, you won't hear: if you can't hear, your mouth won't answer. Asking the heavens, the heavens are only a kind of qi, and cannot make the turtle shells appear to be signs; when asking the earth, the ears of the earth are very far away, and they cannot hear the questions of people. What is the basis for believing that heaven and earth will answer people's questions? Man is between heaven and earth, just as lice attach to man. If lice want to understand people's minds, they are ringing in people's ears, and people still can't hear them. Why? Because lice are different from people, the sound language is not the same. Now with tiny people, to ask the great heavens and the earth, how can their voices communicate? How can heaven and earth know the will of man? Someone said, "Man has the breath of heaven and earth, and the breath of heaven and earth is in his form, and this is God." Man will perform a prayer, tell the yarrow turtle shell, and God will listen to the words with his ears. If he thinks of himself, God understands man's mind from his chest and belly. Therefore, the drill thin tortoise shell is divided into yarrow, and the number of signs is also clear. "Man considers with spirit, and after consideration cannot decide, so he asks the turtle. The signs displayed by the yarrow turtle coincide with the human mind, and it can be considered that this is the answer of the gods. Sometimes one's mind thinks it is feasible, and the trillion is unlucky; sometimes the trillion is auspicious, and one's own mind thinks it is evil. The so-called thoughts are one's own mind; the so-called signs are also one's own mind. The same body of God is thinking in the chest, and outside the chest is the trillion, just as a person enters the house and sits down and goes out to walk. Walking or sitting will not be inconsistent with one's own will, or going out or entering will not go against one's own will. If the trillion is formed by the gods, it should not be any different from thinking. Heaven and earth have bodies, so they can move. What can move is a living thing. Since heaven and earth are alive, they are the same as man. Asking a living person must use a living person to get an answer. If the dead are asked to be alive, they must not be able to answer each other. Now that the heavens and the earth are alive and the tortoises are dead, how can we get an answer to the question of the living heavens and the earth through the dead tortoise shells and yarrow stems? Using the bones of dead turtles and the stems of dead yarrows to ask the living heavens and the earth, the world thinks that the heavens and the earth will answer, which is wrong. If the turtle is like a version, the trillion is like a word, just like a king issuing an order? Where are the mouths and ears of heaven and earth, and where can they issue commands? Confucius said, "What did Heaven say?" But the four seasons run as usual, and everything grows as usual. "If the heavens do not speak, then they will not listen to the words of men." The Heavenly Dao advocates natural inaction, and now when people ask heaven and earth, heaven and earth have answers, and this becomes a natural and conscious reply to the divinator. Examine the text on the Zhou Yi and see that the method of counting the gua with yarrow contained in it is to divide the yarrow into two parts to symbolize heaven and earth, the four branches of four to symbolize the four seasons, and the remaining remainder is placed next to symbolize the leap month. This is just to use similar things to imitate each other, so as to determine the numbers that make up the gua xiang, where is it to say that the heavens and the earth will really reply to the people who are bu zheng? The truth of personnel, asking each other questions is answered, not asking questions do not answer, there is no demand, knocking on the door of others' homes for no reason, not asking questions, aimlessly arguing in front of others, then the master either only laughs and does not agree, or gets angry and does not answer. If the people of Bu Zheng were to drill thin turtle shells for no reason and ask questions, aimlessly fiddling with the yarrow to calculate the gua, and teasing the heavens and the earth, they would also get trillions, would the heavens and the earth be answering indiscriminately? If you let people curse the heavens and divinate, knock on the ground and calculate the fortunes, unreasonable to the extreme, they will also get trillions. If the trillion number is the manifestation of the gods of heaven and earth, why not extinguish his burning turtle fire, burn his hands, make the hands of the fortune teller tremble and disturb the numbers he has sought, make his body sick and painful, and accumulate and gush with blood? On the contrary, it also shows signs for the diviners, why is the heavens and the earth not afraid of hard work, and the intentions are so good? According to this, it is very clear that Bu Xiao could not ask the heavens and the earth, and the trillion number was not the answer of the heavens and the earth. However, Bu Zheng will also show good luck. Some commentators say that the auspiciousness of the bu zheng appears accordingly with the good and evil of people's deeds, just as auspiciousness should appear with good deeds, and calamities come with evil deeds. The good or bad governance of the country will correspondingly lead to auspicious or disasters, and it is suspected that this is not the intention of heaven and earth to reconcile. The auspicious signs often appear along with the thin turtle shells, and the wicked often get unlucky numbers. What is the point to prove it? King Yin, the most vicious king, was one calamity after another during his reign, and he divined seventy times as a sign of evil. So Zui said, "Neither the sage nor the great turtle board can perceive a single auspicious omen." "The sages do not praise, the great turtle plate does not show auspicious signs, and disasters have come repeatedly, so King Wu of Zhou has endured the mandate of heaven to destroy Yin and claim the throne." Liu Bang arose, heaven and man all protected him, strange phenomena have been many, abundant people, divination to get auspicious omens. Therefore, the divination of the Yoshi people does not incur a single ominous sign; the wicked man's fortune-picking, none of the number of baskets obtained is not bad. Wei Guoshi died, he had no concubines, but he had six sons, so he used divination to decide who was the heir, and the divinator said: "Washing your hair and bathing and wearing jade will be auspicious." For the mind of man and the will of God have the same view of the auspiciousness. The above words seem to be true, but they do not correspond to the reality of divination and calculation.

The same is true of murderers, who encounter bad things on the road. The appearance of good and evil things is not the answer of heaven, but a coincidence with the good and evil people. The diamond turtle divination will show signs of auspiciousness, because there are such things as encountering auspicious things. What is the point to prove it? King Wu of Zhou fell ill, and Zhou Gong used tortoise shell divination three times, and Zhou Gong said, "All that you encounter is auspicious. "Uncle Zhuang, the grand master of the State of Lu, gave birth to a son named Uncle Mu, and used "Zhou Yi" to tell his son's fortune, and met Ming Yi gua and became humble. Divination is called "feng", and counting is called "encounter", which is actually the trigram obtained by each person's encounter, and is not brought about by good and evil. Good meets auspicious omens, and evil meets evil omens, and the way of heaven is naturally so, not because of man's good and evil. According to this situation, the auspicious signs of the king's rule in the country are still the same. The king happens to be morally high, the fortunes of the times happen to be peaceful, and the strange signs of good things will appear by chance. The situation encountered by the unvirtuous king is the opposite of this situation. There are many people in the world who talk about the divination, but very few people understand the true truth of the divination. Some commentators believe that the results of the turtle can be used as a reference for doing things, but they cannot fully trust it. Drill turtle divination and fortune telling. Megaloids always appear, and their appearance is not a fixed and unchanging explanation, but is subjectively explained by the divinator. Xiangrui does not appear frequently, and the trillions are varied. The many changes in the trillion number make the divinator doubt, and the infrequent appearance of Xiangrui makes the commentator suspicious. Doubt is to think that the world has not yet been ruled, doubt is to think that divination is incorrect. What is the point to prove it? The auspicious signs can be met by the auspicious people; the governance of the world meets the auspicious rui, which is the proof of the virtue of the holy king. King Wu of Zhou rebelled against the King of Qiu and encountered Xiangrui of the Red Crow and The White Fish, so why did he encounter unlucky signs in his divination? If the fate of King Wu of Zhou should not rise, the dispatch of troops should not meet Xiangrui; if the fate of King Wu of Zhou should be prosperous, divination should not encounter bad omens. According to this, the divination of the King of Wu should not have a bad omen, and to say that it is a bad omen is to violate its true situation. The State of Lu was about to attack the State of Yue, and he calculated this matter, and the word he got was "Ding Fold Broke Foot", and ZiGong Zhan judged this matter as a bad omen. Why? Ding broke the foot, and it was necessary to walk with the foot, so it was considered a bad omen. Confucius judged this matter to be an auspicious omen, Confucius said: "The Yue people live by the water's edge, and they use boats for action, and do not use their feet, so they think it is an auspicious omen." "The State of Lu attacked the State of Yue, and indeed defeated the State of Yue. Zigong divination "Ding broken foot" is considered to be a bad omen, just like the Zhou Dynasty fortune tellers that king Wu was unlucky. Bad luck must contain auspiciousness, just as the omen of "folding the foot" is conducive to attacking the Vietnamese country. Most of the Zhou Dynasty people, like Zigong, only had the ability to rigidly explain the auspicious number of megalograms, and rarely had the ability to argue differently like Confucius, so when they saw unusual megalograms, they could not distinguish clearly. Because the Wu King divination did not negligently obtain the omen, the people of the world believed that the Bu Zheng could not be fully trusted, and could only be used slightly to assist the government affairs, indicating that there were ghosts and gods at the mercy, indicating that they were not arbitrary. The person who compiled the history collected past examples, such as Chapters like Han Fei's "Adoring Evil", and used the historical events that had already occurred as proof. Criticize and accuse Bu Zheng, and oppose people's superstitious beliefs. It is not completely useless, and the people who are bu zheng often misjudge. The Hong Fan in the Book of Shang records that the examination of difficult problems and the different interpretations of Bu Zheng's gua xiang must require the teaching of the Heavenly Son and the chancellor, which may indeed be correct. The trillions cannot be interpreted exactly, and if the megalologies do not work, it is considered untrustworthy. Jin Wengong went to war with King Chu Cheng, dreaming of fighting with King Chu Cheng, and King Chu Cheng prostrated himself on him and sucked his brain juice, and the dreamer said, "It is a bad omen." Jiang Taigong said: "The turtle sign is not clear, it is unlucky to hold a sacrifice according to this sign, and a war according to this sign can win." King Wu listened to Taigong's words and finally defeated King Huan. If it is true, as this account says, then it is the same as Confucius's interpretation of the guaxiang, and the guilty interpretation of the dream sign is the same kind. There is nothing wrong with the trillion number, and the auspiciousness is untrue because the divinator is not clever and clever.
