Brief introduction
Zhang Fei, born in November 1973, from Wuhan, Hubei Province, has a postgraduate degree and a master's degree in law. He began his career in July 1994 and joined the Communist Party of China in October 1993. Successively served as the deputy director of wuhan municipal engineering quality supervision station; assistant researcher and deputy director of the municipal engineering construction department of the municipal construction commission; director of the engineering survey and design department; director of the engineering construction management office of the municipal urban and rural construction commission (municipal urban construction key engineering office); deputy director (deputy director) and member of the party group of the municipal water affairs bureau (municipal flood prevention and drought control office); director of the municipal water affairs bureau, secretary of the party group, and concurrently director of the municipal lake bureau. In August 2020, he was appointed deputy secretary of the Jiangxia District CPC Committee.
