On October 9, Deng Zhong, deputy secretary of the municipal party committee and mayor, met with Liu Yan, executive general manager of the Hainan regional headquarters of CCCC, and his party, and the two sides conducted in-depth exchanges around the fields of Sansha infrastructure construction and ecological environmental protection.

Deng Zhong welcomed the arrival of Liu Yan and his party and thanked CCCC for its concern, support and help to Sansha. He said that since the establishment of Sansha City, certain achievements have been made in infrastructure construction, ecological environmental protection, and improvement of people's livelihood, which are inseparable from the support of CCCC, and Sansha also welcomes construction units with strong capabilities and high levels like CCCC to participate in the development of Sansha. It is hoped that the two sides will continue to strengthen communication and cooperation, and continue to expand the depth and breadth of cooperation in various ways such as "research + construction" and "retreat to pragmatism", so as to build a cohesive force for the construction of the southern gate of the motherland.

Liu Yan said that CCCC, as a century-old central enterprise, has always been closely related to the strategy of a maritime power, and has the same goals and responsibilities as Sansha in the mission of building the southern gate of the motherland. CCCC Hainan is willing to deeply participate in the development and construction of Sansha City, especially to participate in and promote the construction of Sansha's current key projects, give full play to CCCC's strengths, and add quality projects to Sansha.
