On October 15, Wang Zichen and more than 60 of his friends settled in Quanyun Village and were assigned to seven groups, including Torch, Creator, Actor Management, Performance, Warm-up, Logistics Support, and Text and Video. Wang Zichen mainly assists teachers in the coordination of volunteers, such as personnel division of labor, emergency formation, etc., and also needs to summarize problems in time and feedback students' opinions to teachers.

Hei Huiyue, a volunteer leader of Xi'an Eurasia College of the Paralympic Special Olympics, told reporters that previously, the school had a strict and standardized selection process for volunteers, from registering for the primary election, and then through the recruitment of unified written tests and interviews, nearly 100 volunteers were screened. "Most of the Paralympics volunteers are freshmen, and the children are willing to join the volunteer service, and after training, everyone can be competent for the job."

As a team leader, in the process of volunteer service, Hei Huiyue hopes that the children will feel more of the spirit of dedication, fraternity and mutual help, and pass on this concept to more people.
