After a period of exploration and trial, the cooperative business model has achieved initial success, and the members of the cooperative have grown from the original 9 to more than 20 people, and the average household income has increased by more than 100,000 yuan.

Li Gujian, a farmer in the third community of Golden Toad Village, has a special love for the breeding industry and is determined to choose the industry of raising cattle. In 2019, he began to breed beef cattle, due to lack of experience, he lost more than 60,000 yuan, and could only bear to sell all the cattle, but he has been unwilling and always wants to find opportunities to "make a comeback". After understanding the situation, the party branch of Jintou Village assisted it in establishing the Gujian Breeding Cooperative, and contacted the township construction department to select the site, approve the site, enter the national network and other matters, and finally rebuilt the farm covering an area of 11,000 square meters. With the support of the organization and the cooperative business model, Li Gujian has not only achieved success, but also led many people to increase their income.
"My short-term goal is to reach more than 100 heads of breeding scale, and at the same time expand the scale of cooperation, and strive to develop from the original 5 to 10, to achieve one-stop supporting services for production and marketing." Li Gujian said.
Li Boquan, a farmer in Taiping Chuantun in Golden Toad Village, has more than 10 years of breeding experience and operates a highly participatory sheep breeding project. In order to drive more farmers to participate in cooperative operations and get rich together, the village actively helped them coordinate the approval of farm sites, build farm houses, and establish the Boquan Breeding Cooperative. At present, Boquan Breeding Cooperative has built a sheep house of 300 square meters, driving 5 farmers to join the cooperative, and the number of sheep has also developed from more than 100 at the beginning to more than 300 today, with an annual net income of more than 400,000 yuan.
"I used to raise a few sheep myself, but due to lack of experience, the income has not been high, and joining the breeding cooperative not only reduces the risk of breeding, but also increases the income." Cooperative member Wang Hailong said.
