According to public information, the original actual controller of Sanhuan Group Co., Ltd. was the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Hubei Province, and in the "mixed reform" around 2018, the controlling shareholder was changed to Wuhan Jinhuang Industrial Group Co., Ltd., and the actual controller was changed to Jia Zhihong.
