This three-story, separate building, merrill Lynch regards as the designer's "home." It is hoped that in the forecourt and backyard, hospitality of friends, meditation and creation, comfortable and unpretentious atmosphere, accommodating hard decoration, soft decoration, custom home, art "Merrill Lynch family", reshaping the intimate "neighborhood relationship" between people at work.

Today, Merrill Lynch's Cocoa Art section and design section borrow from each other, and office design integrates its corporate artistic pedigree into the details of space design.
The first floor is designed with a retreat to the design of the landscape to leave room, the architecture and nature are connected, and the landscape flows freely, allowing people to calmly integrate into the artistic atmosphere created by the design agency.
